Frequently asked questions

Launch the VPN first. When you log in with an "admin" role, you'll see the current licensed users under "Status". There's a button "Get More Licenses" which will bring you to a page where you can buy more licenses.

The VPN Server on AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure Marketplace comes with licenses included. To get more user licenses, you need to upgrade the instance. If you want to use more licenses with the same instance type, switch to the BYOL version, which is also available on the marketplace.

You can cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription Portal.
