Launch the Observability Platform first. When you log in with an "admin" role, you'll see the current licensed users under "Status". There's a button "Get More Licenses" which will bring you to a page where you can buy more licenses.

The Observability Platform on the AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure marketplace come with licenses included. To get more user licenses, you need to upgrade the instance. If you want to use more licenses with the same instance type, you switch to the BYOL version, which is also available on the marketplace.

You can cancel your subscription at Manage Subscription Portal.
